Shipping
We ensure that all products are shipped safely, carefully, and within the indicated timeframes.

Delivery
Orders are shipped to the address provided during checkout. For deliveries outside the Netherlands, different Incoterms may apply (e.g., Ex Works).
If a product is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the expected availability. You may cancel your order free of charge in such cases.

Transport & Risk
For business customers, transport is at their own cost and risk.

For consumers, the risk transfers once the products have been delivered (or correctly offered) at the specified address.

All delivery times are indicative. Although we strive to deliver on time, no rights can be derived from these estimates.
