Returns
Your satisfaction is important to us. If a product does not meet your expectations, you may return it under the conditions below.

Right of withdrawal (Consumers)
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days after receiving your product, without stating a reason. You can notify us using the withdrawal form available on our website. After notifying us, you have an additional 14 days to return the product.

Conditions for returning products
– During the withdrawal period, handle the product and its packaging with care.
– You may only unpack or use the product as necessary to determine whether you wish to keep it—comparable to how you would inspect it in a physical store.
– Any depreciation caused by handling that exceeds this level may be charged.

Non-returnable items
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
– Products made according to customer specifications (custom-made products).
– Products that cannot be returned due to their nature, including hygiene-sensitive items.
– Products that perish or age quickly.

Refunds
Once your withdrawal is processed, the purchase amount will be refunded as soon as possible, and no later than 14 days after receiving the returned product. Refunds are issued via the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise requested.
