Progenta’s full Terms & Conditions apply to all webshop orders. These terms are based on the guidelines of the Dutch industry organisation Schoonmakend Nederland and include agreements regarding:

Our services
We supply cleaning products, machines, and professional equipment with care and according to clearly defined agreements.

Order confirmation
An agreement is established once Progenta confirms your order in writing (by email).

Pricing and offers
All webshop prices include VAT and exclude shipping costs. Obvious mistakes or errors in pricing or product information are not binding.

Payment
Payment and invoicing follow the conditions stated in our Terms & Conditions. For consumers, a maximum advance payment of 50% may apply.

Complaints and warranty
Products must be inspected immediately upon receipt. Warranty and complaint procedures follow the rules set out in our Terms & Conditions.

Liability
Our liability is limited in accordance with the applicable clauses, supported by our business and operational liability insurance.
